The Charles Tyrwhitt Slim fit is trimmer at the waist, with slim sleeves and a more defined silhouette.

The Charles Tyrwhitt Slim fit is trimmer at the waist than the Classic fit, and has slim sleeves and a more defined silhouette. Back pleats enhance movement and comfort, while level shirt tails at the front and back mean you can wear this shirt tucked or untucked. This is our most standard fitting shirt, and it suits most shapes and sizes.

Button-down collar

A button on each collar point fastens the collar to the shirt, keeping it firmly in place and giving the collar a slightly arched appearance.

Great Shirt, I love it! **

I am tall and thin (6'2" 170 lbs).. yet all shirts I bought too tight and sleeves way too short (i am 151/2 x 35).. frustrating as they are great fabric but can't wear them!

It's ever such a shame that the sizing on your first order was a little off compared to what you were expecting. It can be tricky when ordering from a new company for the first time, and I'm sorry this has been the case for you. While our shirts do not "run small" they may fit differently to those which are based on an American style.

The casual shirts have a set sleeve length based on the size ordered - in this case the medium comes with a 34" sleeve and will be too short. A large would perhaps be better at 35", so please feel free to make a return with us.

Baggy slim fit shirts and received shipping almost after 5 days from the original date of delivery

Here at Charles Tyrwhitt we appreciate the importance of a perfect fitting shirt - in fact in our opinion this is one of the most important things to accomplish! I am sorry to hear that the Slim Fit was not the most suited fit for you. We understand that different people prefer different fits which is why we offer Classic, Slim, Extra Slim and Super Slim Fits. I would perhaps recommend trying one of our Extra Slim Fit shirts as these are more tapered at the waist.

We have a generous 6 month returns policy so please feel more than welcome to return these to us for an exchange or refund. Further, I am sorry to hear of the delay in receiving your order, this is certainly not the norm. I have ensured that this has been fed back to our courier as something to take on board.
