Non-Iron Tyrwhitt Cool Poplin Short Sleeve Check Shirt - Sky

I'm certainly sorry for any misunderstanding here, but a 17" collar in a formal shirt would not be at all close to a medium in the casual shirts I'm afraid. A medium would be closer to a 15.5" collar - with a 17" being a large or potentially on the cusp on the extra large even. I have checked the sizing guide for casual shirts and nowhere does it seem to mention this sizing comparison. We would be grateful if you could email us with an image showing this so we can review it and ensure it's accurate.
