The quality of the material is good - however, the shirt was already small and it shrank even smaller in the wash. I've donated it to charity.

I'm certainly very sorry to learn you had some sizing troubled here, which is most disappointing. While some slight shrinkage is possible in a 100% cotton shirt, they are manufactured with this in mind. It's regrettable that you acted so swiftly in parting ways with the item as a return would have been absolutely fine under our guarantee, but I'm sure someone will be very thankful to you.
