Charles Tyrwhitt had been my go-to shop for Pique Polo shirts for years. I tend to live in them. The quality of construction, fit and weight of material was always excellent - until now! These new Polo's are made of much thinner, lighter weight material that doesn't hold its shape as well as before, with a strange "rubberised" pattern under the collar that is a nightmare to iron. Polo shirts of this quality can be bought elsewhere for much less. Very disappointing!

With such a superbly diverse range of weaves we completely appreciate that some weaves may not be suited to everyone. We will take your feedback on board. I'm sorry that this polo hasn't been up to the standard of previous pique polo's. As we offer a 6 months returns policy please take the opportunity to return this for an exchange or refund.

Thanks for your quick response and for the offer of a refund but, having worn it and washed it a number of times already, I'll keep it. I want to see how it fares compared to the many previous Pique Polo's I still have. As it stands, I'm not sure I will be buying any more, but we shall see.
