Not non-iron as claimed on website

It's certainly disappointing to see these shirts did not live up to their 'non-iron' name. Being the lightest, thinnest weave we offer (Poplin) they may need a little more care to start off - but we're confident that after a few washes, they will absolutely be non-iron. A good trick here is to pop them into the dryer for a short spin on a low heat cycle - this can really help to activate the non-iron properties within the cotton.
