This shirt looks good but feels rather rough on my skin. It has also shrunk in the wash. Very unusual for a Tyrrwhit shirt

This is certainly disappointing to see as we would never expect one of our beautiful 100% cotton shirts to shrink like this when washed and cared for correctly. This would be a light low temperature (30-40 C) wash and then air-drying. We do not recommend using a tumble dryer or any kind of heat for 'regular' or Egyptian cotton shirts. You are most welcome to return the shirt to us under our guarantee, whereby we can provide a refund or exchange at your request.
