Here at Charles Tyrwhitt, providing our customers with first rate customer service is very important, so I am sorry that two of the shirts you received were incorrect This is certainly not what we would expect and we will be happy to organise a replacement. Please do contact our customer service team so they can organise this and provide you with a way to return the incorrect shirts back to us free of charge.
