Alteration was done appallingly

This is very disappointing indeed to hear, and certainly not up to the high standards we have. It seems your feedback is in fact about a different, more recent, order (wuk03717604) and we will have your comments fed through to the Tailoring Team accordingly. Once we receive the trousers back they will be inspected by the Quality Control Manager and feedback is given to ensure only the very best workmanship ever leaves our Warehouse. I do hope we have the chance to restore your faith in us in the near future as we would hate to lose you over one poor experience.
