Good quality trousers but legs were unhemmed. I ordered 32”, the label said the same. Now having to get them hemmed accordingly at additional cost. No happy

In this instance, we would have gladly replaced the trousers for you - as having them altered externally does void your guarantee with us. As a gesture of goodwill, I have refunded your postage costs to cover the alteration costs you incurred, and I hope this is acceptable to you.
