I'm sorry to hear that your shirt sleeve button has come off so easily. It's disappointing when a faulty shirt like this "slips the net" so to speak. Typically if the fault were bigger, like a rip, we'd issue an immediate replacement however as this is a button I didn't want to go ahead with a replacement right away. I realize that this could cause more inconvenience than if you intended to sow the button back on yourself due to having to send back another shirt.
