What is your guarantee/returns policy?
We want you to love our products as much as we do, and believe you can’t buy better. We’re so confident of this, we offer a full six-month guarantee – no matter what condition the item’s in. You can return it for an exchange or full refund, no questions asked. The original post and packaging charge is not refunded but for exchanges only there is no additional mail cost. Returns are free of charge from the US. Use the returns label found in your Charles Tyrwhitt package and post the item(s) back to the specified address. If you have any questions please call our Customer Service team on 1 866-797-2701.
When does the 14-day guarantee apply?
The only exception to our generous guarantee is when we are on sale.

Please find our shipping timescales below. If you have requested any alterations or monogramming, please allow an additional four business days for delivery.
