We want you to love our products as much as we do, and believe you can't buy better. We're so confident of this, we offer a full six-month guarantee (two weeks for Sale items) – no matter what condition the item's in. You can return it for an exchange or full refund, no questions asked.
All about our FREE online returns service
To make this even easier returns can be processed online. For existing account holders simply log in to your account and follow the steps below. If you do not have an account with Charles Tyrwhitt then you will need fill out the short form on our signup page:
|Step 1: Find the items you wish to return from your order history and fill out the online form||Step 2: Print your FREEPOST retuns label||Step 3: Pack and ship your items back to us||Step 4: We will refund or exchange your items as soon as the courier notifies us that they have received it|
|If you have logged your return online then there's no need to call us to let us know your parcel is on it's way.|
What are the benefits of signing up to an account?
By choosing online returns, we will be able to process your return much quicker. Instead of the normal 15 business days to reach us and further 48 hours to process your exchange or refund, we will start processing as soon as USPS scans your online returns label.
Not able to use online returns?
Creating an online account only takes a few minutes. You’ll be able to keep track of any future purchases in your customer history, as well as use the online returns facility. In the meantime you can return items to us by using the returns label and information included in your parcel.
